Lakers' could not stop Devin Booker in Game 6 and was given an early exit in the playoffs 113-100

Los Angeles- Despite a second half spark, the Lakers were eliminated by the Phoenix Suns 113-100

In a stay alive or go home game, the Lakers had no answer for the inside presence of the Suns. Anthony Davis left the game in the first quarter and did not return for the game. Without Davis on the floor, there was no big man that impacted the half on both sides on the ball. Phoenix was out playing LA and made it known that they were sending a message. The Lakers' allowed Devin Booker to get into rhythm and he torched them. Booker finished the first quarter with 24 points. LA tried to cut into the Suns' lead before half and got it down to 21 after being down by 30.

LA was passive with pushing the pace of the game, as well as players not moving around until midway in the third. Dennis Schroder kept the Lakers within striking distance with getting steals and turning them into points. LA put pressure enough pressure on Phoenix and got them out of sync to chip at the lead. By the end of the third, the Lakers got back into the game and was down by 13.

LA tried to make a comeback, but Chris Paul and Booker put the game way in the fourth.

James finished with 29 points

D. Booker finished with 47 points
