The Knicks' faith and patience paid off in a historical comeback against the Spurs 107-106

The New York Knicks breaks NBA History, becoming the first team to comeback from a 29-point deficit to win in the NBA Finals.

Just like the first three games, the Spurs hit the knockout button in the first half and was shooting around 60% from the field. Karl Anthoy Towns and Brunson had a slow start but hit the burst of energy in the third quarter. I guess Mike Brown saw something that he liked and told Brunson to attack Castle. From then on, Brunson willed his team. Each time the Knicks cut the Spurs lead, Fox or Wemby would knock down a shot to extend their lead.

New York went on a 12-6 run to cut the game to single digits and took the lead with under three minutes left in regulation. When I tell you, it felt like a 90's game, the last two minutes, that is what I meant. Everyone in the garden was up and you could feel that the Spurs were losing control of themselves. After the Knicks went up one, the Spurs had the opportunity to knock down some free throws but missed.

With under 30 ticks left in regulation and down by one, OG Anunobysaved the Knicks' skin by blocking Fox's shoot, which set up a game winning score. With the clocking ticking down and down by one, Brunson shot a three and missed it. However, OG wore his superman cape and flew in to tip the ball in with 1.6 left in the game to win the game in thrilling fashion.

Bruson finished with 36 points
