The Philadelphia Eagles announced a series of organizational changes Wednesday, unveiling promotions, title changes, and new hires across the club’s football operations, scouting, and sports medicine and performance departments as the franchise continues preparations for the 2026 NFL season.
Among the most notable moves is the promotion of Adam Berry to Assistant General Manager, strengthening the Eagles’ executive leadership group under General Manager Howie Roseman. Berry has been a key figure behind the scenes in personnel and roster management and now assumes an expanded role within the organization’s front office structure.
The Eagles also elevated Joe Douglas to Senior Vice President of Player Personnel. Douglas, a respected evaluator with extensive NFL experience, returns to a prominent leadership role in Philadelphia’s scouting operation. Phil Bhaya was promoted to Vice President of Player Personnel, while Alan Wolking was named Vice President of Football Operations and Strategic Initiatives.
Philadelphia’s football operations department also saw several internal advancements, including Dan Ryan becoming Senior Director of Team Operations and Matt Leo taking over as Director of Player Engagement. Grant Reiter was elevated to Director of Football Administration, while Zachary Steever was named Director of Football Research and Strategy, continuing the organization’s emphasis on analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Additional promotions included Zach Drapkin to Assistant Director of Personnel Strategy, Isabel Pantle to Senior Quantitative Analyst, and Marlon Sanders to Video Manager.
In the scouting department, Jeremy Gray was promoted to Director of Player Personnel, Lee DiValerio became Assistant Director of Pro Scouting, Preston Tiffany was elevated to Southeast Area Scout, and Terrence Braxton was named an NFS Scout.
The Eagles also added several new faces to the organization. Clara Montenegro DuBerke joins the club as Player Personnel and Football Operations Coordinator, while Samantha Harvey was hired as a Video Assistant.
Veteran NFL executive Mike Maccagnan was brought aboard as a Personnel Executive, adding decades of scouting and front-office experience to Philadelphia’s talent evaluation process. Caspian Svenson was hired as a Pro Scout. In the sports medicine and performance department, Fred Hale joins the Eagles as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach.
The wide-ranging changes reflect Philadelphia’s continued investment in every layer of the organization, from analytics and scouting to player development and performance. As the Eagles look to remain among the NFL’s elite contenders, the franchise continues to strengthen the infrastructure behind one of football’s most respected front offices.
