In a 107-95 victory over the Toronto Tempo on Monday night, Rhyne Howard scored 22 points, Angel Reese added 20 points and 14 rebounds for her 22nd double-double of the season.

She became the fastest player in WNBA history to make 100 3-pointers in a season, doing so in 31 games, beating Diana Taurasi's previous record of 33.

For Atlanta (20-12), Jordin Canada scored 20 points and dished out nine assists. Allisha Gray and Brionna Jones both scored 15 points. With 28 double-doubles, Reese moved within six of Alyssa Thomas' WNBA record of 28 set in 2023.

With 36 points and seven 3-pointers, Marina Mabrey led Toronto (10-22). For the third time this season, Mabrey made seven or more 3-pointers in a game. Nyara Sabally added 12 points and 12 rebounds, while Kiki Rice contributed 18 points off the bench.

Rhyne Howard's achievement of becoming the fastest player to make 100 3-pointers in a season highlights her exceptional shooting ability and consistency. Breaking a record previously held by a legendary player like Diana Taurasi underscores Howard's impact on the game and her potential to become one of the league's top scorers. This milestone not only cements her status as a rising star in the WNBA but also inspires future generations of players aiming to excel in the sport.
