Aaliyah Nye has been drafted to the Toronto Tempo

The month of women's basketball has been one for the books. There were some crazy endings in the NCAA Tournament, the conclusion of a sensible agreement made between WNBA players and the league and now the excitement of the new expansion team in Toronto. Since we are talking about the Tempo, they had their expansion draft on Friday. A lot of faces were drafted to the new team, as well as Las Vegas 2025 draft pick Aaliyah Nye, who did not see much playing time last season, but made the most out of the experience. She averaged 3.8 points.

After the trade, the Aces gave Nye her flowers and thanked her for helping the Aces out last season, as they went on to win another championship.
