Chicago, IL — Chicago’s West Side has long been very influential with creating bridges for artists, who had for raw talent, resilience, and revolutionary sound.

Chicago producer Toxic, who is known for crafting hits that helped shape the sound of modern hip-hop and R&B, has officially released his highly anticipated new album HOLY.
HOLY is an album that blends authenticity, spiritual reflection, and overcoming generational battles into one unapologetic body of work. Born and raised on the West Side of Chicago, Toxic’s journey through music reads like a chapter of the city’s hip-hop history. From his early days battle rapping and navigating the realities of what he had to endure and now becoming a multi-platinum, Grammy Award–winning producer, Toxic has built a legacy behind the boards that includes work with some of the biggest names in music. His production resume includes contributions to artists such as Twista, Keyshia Cole, Syleena Johnson, Cardi B and Danny Boy, helping shape chart-topping records and timeless R&B classics.
This album is real life,” Toxic explains. “Chicago raised me. The streets taught me. God kept me. HOLY is about the journey — the mistakes, the wins, the scars, and the grace.”
With the album now officially available on all major digital platforms, Toxic is preparing for the next phase of the rollout, including media appearances, DJ servicing, podcast interviews, community outreach, and youth assemblies throughout Chicago.
