There may be a future star quarterback in the making at the University of Clemson. Meet Tait Reynolds. Reynolds is a 6'2" 220 lb quarterback from Queen Creek High School in Arizona. He is a four-star dual-threat quarterback with remarkable athleticism. As a baseball player, he’s used to throwing a lot of fastballs and will have to learn different arm angles and speeds. It’s going to be fun to see what he shows in these next few years.

He led Queen Creek to a seven-win improvement in 2024, completing 156-of-252 passes (61.9 percent) for 2,238 yards with 22 touchdowns and only five interceptions as the team finished 10-3 and reached the 6A semifinals. In addition to his 137 carries for 1,426 yards (10.4 average) and 19 touchdowns that year, he was named Arizona Cardinals player of the year by the club.

In view of the facts above, you can see that Mr. Tait is able to beat you with both his arm and legs. This is an excellent characteristic to possess when competing in an athletic conference like the ACC which demands versatility and adaptability from its players. His dual-

threat capabilities not only make him a scoring threat but also allow him to extend plays under pressure, keeping defenses off balance. This skill set positions him as a strong contender for the starting QB spot at Clemson this upcoming season.
