The Baltimore Ravens’ Tuesday practice was anything but ordinary. The team opted for walk-throughs, but the sideline action brought star power and excitement. Olympic swimming legend Michael Phelps dropped by after cornerback Marlon Humphrey posted on social media about wanting to learn how to swim. The visit added a lighthearted moment to the day’s activities.

Ravens royalty also made an appearance, as Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis stopped in to watch his former team prepare for the upcoming season.

Meanwhile, on the field, Offensive Coordinator Todd Monken appears to be crafting something special for 2025. The buzz around his scheme continues to grow, and the offense is looking more dynamic with each passing day.

One of the biggest storylines to emerge is rookie wide receiver LaJohntay Wester. The former Colorado standout made a statement in last Thursday night’s preseason opener against the Colts, recording three punt returns for 104 yards and a touchdown. Wester also led the team in receiving, posting two catches for 41 yards.

Coach Monken praised Wester’s versatility, noting his ability to impact both special teams and the offense. With his playmaking potential and plug-and-play fit alongside star wideout Zay Flowers, Wester may be shaping up to be the Ravens’ next X factor.
