Lateshia Pearson, the driving force behind OWN’s Belle Collective, is both its creator and central figure. A certified life coach and entrepreneur, she embodies resilience and empowerment. From pitching the show to Carlos King to leading its narrative, Lateshia highlights Southern strength.

Her upcoming events showcase her impact: The OWN Network Reunion and Warner Bros. Marketing Shoot (Atlanta, July 20–25) will provide a behind-the-scenes look at Belle Collective.

In August, she will host Drew Sidora’s Live Performance, a cultural and empowering event featuring the actress and R&B singer.

Later, the Women’s Power Brunch in the Mississippi Delta (September 28) will focus on legacy and leadership with regional leaders.

As the founder of Women Brunch Mississippi, a national nonprofit, Lateshia empowers women to build businesses.
