The Los Angeles Dodgers entered Wednesday against the Mets, with a 2-0 series lead.

Los Angeles took a 2-0 lead in the 2nd inning as Kim hit a two-run blast to right field. It seemed like NY would make a game of it as Melendez hit a ground ruled double in the 5th inning, bringing Benge to home plate. That score put the Mets within a run (2-1) of tying the game.
T. Hernandez blasted a solo Home Run in the 6th making the score 3-1. In the 8th inning, Dodger bats exploded for 4 runs as Rushing belted a HR to center, scoring T. Hernandez, Muncy, & Paige LAD wasn’t done as Tucker hit a solo HR to center field which made the score 8-1.
The Mets scored on a Semien single to center field which brought Bichette home, making the final score 8-2 in favor of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
