Breeders Cup releases 2024 Dirt Dozen Schedule

Breeders’ Cup Limited released the 2024 the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Dozen which is a bonus program for horsemen.  The program was launched in 2022 which comprised a 12-race program of existing graded stake races scheduled from May through October at six tracks throughout the United States. 

The Dirt Dozen program will award bonus credits for first through third finishes in the 12-race schedule.  Horseman may use those credits toward entry fees for one of six Breeders’ Cup World Championships dirt races: the $2 million Longines Breeders’ Cup Distaff (G1), $2 million Breeders’ Cup Sprint (G1), $2 million FanDuel Breeders’ Cup Juvenile (G1), $2 million NetJets Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1) and more.  The Dirt Dozen program begins May 4 with the Derby Distaff presented by Kendall-Jackson Winery (G1) at Churchill Downs.  Notable 2024 Dirt Dozen Races include: Dirt Mile, July 27th in Del Mar, Distaff on June 29th Fleur De Lis Stakes at Churchill Downs, Filly & Mare Sprint on August 25th Rancho Bernardo Handicap at Del Mar, and many more.
