The Las Vegas Aces rallied from a nine-point deficit to defeat the Washington Mystics 75-72 on Friday night. Jackie Young scored 25 points, and Jewell Loyd hit the game-winning 3-pointer with 1.9 seconds left. A'ja Wilson contributed 15 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, and three blocks, moving past Elizabeth Williams for the most career blocks in WNBA history.

The Aces forced a shot-clock violation and tied the game with 11.1 seconds left. Kiah Stokes blocked a shot, and Wilson assisted Loyd for the go-ahead 3-pointer. Sonia Citron led the Mystics with 19 points, including four 3-pointers, while Kiki Iriafen had 17 points and 13 rebounds.   Iraiafen, the No. 4 pick in last month's WNBA draft, had a double-double in three consecutive games, the first rookie to accomplish the feat in franchise history.

The Aces' victory not only highlights their resilience in overcoming a late-game deficit but also solidifies their position as one of the top contenders in the league. This win demonstrates their ability to perform under pressure and capitalize on crucial moments, such as the game-winning 3-pointer by Jewell Loyd. Additionally, A'ja Wilson's record-breaking performance further cements her legacy in the WNBA.
