Aces struggle to find their rhythm against the Sun 72-65

Las Vegas- Liz Cambage and Aja Wilson struggled and combined for 24 points in a loss to the Connecticut Sun 72-65.

The Aces did not have that intensity that they usually have and it showed throughout the entire game. Las Vegas' offense struggled to find the bottom of the rim early on and the Sun took advantage of it.

Wilson and Cambage had trouble stopping DeWanna Bonner, who was everywhere and doing a little bit of everything. The Aces did not have an answer for her until she cooled off in the third quarter. Las Vegas cut the Sun's lead to two, but turnovers crippled a comeback until late in the fourth.

The Aces had an opportunity to make the game interesting with .45 seconds left in regulation with a Wilson lay-up, but the Aces' defense forgot to cover Bonner and she nailed a three and called game.
