The Rock and Roman Reigns will face off Thursday in Las Vegas

Wrestlemania season is upon us. If you are a fan of the WWE and watched Friday Night Smackdown, the teasing of this year's main event of the mega show has spread like wildfire across social media. As cousins of the famous Anoai Bloodline Roman Reigns and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson stared at each other signifying the dream match that fan had all but clamored for.

Recently the match has been met with much anger as fans hoped back t

o back Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes would finally be able to finish his story and beat Reigns and claim the belt his father never won. It was never fully announced that Roman Reigns would face The Rock at WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia, but it was certainly implied last night. What we do know is WWE will have a press conference on Thursday February 8th from Las Vegas at the T-Mobile Arena. Las Vegas was the chosen destination due to the Superbowl being in Las Vegas and fans and media will be there.

Expected to be in attendance for the press conference will be The Rock and Roman Reigns, as well as WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque. Onsite interview opportunities for media will immediately follow the event with both participants, Cody Rhodes, Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley. Festivities will be hosted by Raw commentary team Michael Cole and Pat McAfee.
