Washington, D.C- The Biden-and Harris administration is putting together a conference on improving American's health September. 28
For the first time in 50 years, the White House will have conference set up to provide Americans tips on improving their daily lives, by eating healthier and living the life that they deserve. The event will bring together activists, politicians, and different celebrities, who wants to bring awareness to the topic and find different solutions to give Americans.
"Millions of Americans are afflicted with food insecurity and diet-related diseases—including heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes—which are some of the leading causes of death and disability in the U.S. Lack of access to healthy and affordable foods is one of many factors impacting hunger and diet-related diseases. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated these challenges further."
