Jamaican artist brought the house down during Rolling Loud

Shenseea went to Rolling Loud ready to show off for the culture. The 24 year old artist hails

from Kingston, Jamaica and has been making waves in the music industry for almost four years now. Shenseea first came on the dancehall scene in 2016 with her single "Jiggle Jiggle". Since then she has been trying to crossover into the American market.

Shenseea was the first artist from Jamaica to ever be booked to perform on the Ciroc Rolling

Loud stage. Rolling Loud is the popular Hip Hop festival that happens every year. The Festival

was brought back this year after Covid-19 closed down the city of Miami last summer.

She gave Jamaican culture from start to finish during her half hour set. The artist was rolled on

stage in a jerk pan while Romeich Major started speaking to hype up the crowd. Shenseea started off her performance by showcasing one of her big tunes and had special guest

performances by Jamaican artists Ding Dong and Taurus Riley. Riley and Shenseea performed

their 2020 hit song "Lighter".

After her performance she took to instagram to celebrate her moment and first performance at

Rolling Loud. Written in posts on her page, she highlighted her performance. She went on to

comment that she is the first Jamaican Artist to perform at Rolling Loud and say that this is only the beginning for her to achieve her goal.
