Golden Globe will highlight frontline and essential workers for their efforts stopping the spread

Los Angeles- The 2021 Golden Globe Awards will recognize the frontline and essential workers for their efforts with calming the COVID-19 spread.

For the first time ever, the Golden Globes Awards will allow limited frontline and essential workers to attend the Golden Globes. It is the committee's way of thanking the people who continue to put their lives on the line, trying to navigate the COVID-19 virus.

The pandemic has altered how the Golden Globes Awards will look this year, as hosts Amy Poehler and Tina Fey navigate the awards bi-coastal. The awards will be held Sunday, Feb.8 at 5PM, PT.
