Coco Gauff bounced out the Australian Open by Elina Svitolina 4-6, 3-6

New York- Coco Gauff struggled to find her rhythm in the tough match with Elina Svitolina and dropped both of her sets 4-6, 3-6.

Gauff had to dig herself out of deficit and almost tied the match up at five apiece, but Svitolina regained her composure, hit a backspin ball that Gauff could not get, and won the first set. In the second set, Gauff did not waver and had Svitolina on her heels, in the first couple of matches.

Gauff had the lead for short period of time, but Svitolina and her kill shots got her back in the game. Svitolina went on to win the remainder of the matches and sent Gauff home with a loss.

This is what Gauff said after the game concluded. 'Today I feel like she just played better than I did on the pressure points," said Gauff. "I served probably the best I have served in a long time, to be honest. I just got unlucky on the break points. She hit her forehand down the line really well and it was tough for me to defend that."
