Bucks lay the smack down on Golden State 118-99

Before tip-off, this was a match-up that intrigued NBA fans around the globe. You had a Golden State team that just got Klay Thompson back in the line-up and on the other side of the ball, you had a Bucks team that has Giannis Antetokounmpo, aiming for another MVP.

You would think with the splash brothers in the game, the game would go down to the wire. Welp, that was not the case. Khris Middleton put on a clinic in the first half. He had 18 points in the first quarter and finished with 23 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 assists. Milwaukee put the clamps on Stephen Curry and Klay. Both players combined for 23 points and sat on the bench in the fourth quarter.

The Bucks blew the Warriors out with good shooting, outworking them on the boards, and getting Giannis the ball early on in the paint. Giannis took over in the second half and finished with a triple double, 30 points, 11 assists, and 12 rebounds.
