Anthony Richardson injured after taking a blindsided hit

Coming into the first preseason game, the word from inside the huddle was consistency as well as who was going to be the starter of the Colts when the regular season swings around. Welp, after tonight, we might be seeing more of Daniel Jones instead of Anthony Richardson. If you know anything about the Ravens' defense, they are known to hit and make others feel their pain.

I don't know who missed an assignment, but Richardson was smocked. After the hit, he did not return, and it was announced that he had a finger injury. He finished the game 2/3 for 21 yards. Jones entered the game and actually put on a heck of a show in his Colt's debut. He was 10/ 21 for 144 yards Despite losing their first game to the Ravens 24-16. Indy had some bright spots. Jones looked very comfortable in the pocket and threw some darts to his receivers. Indy's wide receiving core is very deep and each of them had some great moments in the game.

Moving forward, it will be very interesting to see if this injury to Richardson the key factor with him would be losing his starting position
