Angel Reese and crew continues to win win win

In LSU's 75-60 victory over Tennessee on Sunday afternoon, Hailey Van Lith scored 26 points, Angel Reese had a double-double and passed 2,000 career points as No. 13 LSU pulled away with a late 16-2 run to pull away from Tennessee.

Van Lith, a highly sought-after transfer portal signee in the offseason, scored 12 points in the fourth quarter. Her jumper made it 59-55 and she followed with a 3-pointer for a seven-point lead midway through the fourth quarter. As part of the run, she added another basket, and Flau'jae Johnson contributed five points as well.

During the decisive run, Reese scored four points, and he ended the game with 11 points and 16 rebounds. During her career, she has scored 2,006 points, 1,287 of them for LSU. Freshman sensation Mikaylah Williams had 15 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists. She continues to build on a good freshman season.

After six consecutive wins, LSU looks to continue its winning streak with two games remaining in the regular season. The Tigers have a chance to win the SEC Tournament if they continue to play well. However, ranked #1 South Carolina may have something to say about that. Stay tuned.
