Sunday was the last time, Raven Johnson walked off the court in Colonial Life Arena, clapping enthusiastically to the beat of the crowd chanting her name one last time. Clearly, South Carolina fans were not t going to let the fifth-year point guard go unnoticed.

This game was about the fifth-year senior, regardless of whether she cared or not. Raven's leadership and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the team’s success over the years. Her ability to inspire her teammates and maintain composure in high-pressure situations set her apart as a true leader on and off the court.

Her legacy will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on the program and inspire future generations of players.

One of the highlights of Johnson's last game at Colonial Life Arena was when she scored her 1,000th career point in her final home game. Johnson is now the 41st player in program history to cross this mark. She is the second Gamecock to do so this year (Joyce Edwards did so in February).

The veteran point guard will go down as one of the most winning players in program history when it’s all said and done. Johnson has played in 142 wins for South Carolina, the second most in program history. She's trying to be the first Staley player to win three national championships.
