Peptide Nile wins February Stakes in. Japan; Gains berth into Longines Breeders’ Cup Classic

Peptide Nile was victorious on Sunday as being a 38-1 longshot in the $1.8 million February Stakes.  This was the 6-year-old’s best performance of his career to claim his first graded stakes win.  The victory for Peptide Nile clinches the first automatic berth into the 2024 $6 million Longines Breeders’ Cup World Championships which is scheduled for November 1-2 in Del Mar, CA.  Trainer, Hidenori Take, received his first career victory as a trainer.  Peptide Nile now will be a part of the Challenge Series, Breeders’ Cup and will travel to eventually be a part of The Challenge which will be nominated by The Breeders’ Cup pre-entry deadline of October 21st in order to be eligible to receive the rewards.
