Crossing the finish line: new cars, European Le Mans and career mode incoming
An exciting update has been issued by game developers Studio 397 outlining all new features coming soon to endurance racing game, Le Mans Ultimate.
Arriving July 22nd, 2025, two new cars will be added free for all existing players: Aston Martin Valkyrie LMH and the Mercedes AMG LMGT3 returns for the first time since 1999. The Valkyrie offers a 6.5 litre V12 engine and embodies the ultimate dream car.
Both cars alongside all 2025 official liveries will be included in the update for free as a thank you to dedicated players who have been on the early release journey of the game.
As if this update was not enough, game developers have announced the exciting release of all new European Le Mans as an addition to Le Mans Ultimate. While no release date has been set, a list of all new features are set to be racing to the game soon.
Key features to be included in European Le Mans include:
New tracks - Silverstone, Paul Ricard (Le Castellet), and Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
New LMP3 category
Official liveries and team entries
LMP2 – higher powered ELMS specification.
Details on the pricing, release date and how to get European Le Mans content is promised to be coming very soon.
In an exclusive press release, game publishers have announced that this version of the game is only the beginning. Currently in development is the much-anticipated career mode – a single player feature allowing gamers to immerse themselves into the career of a driver taking on different team roles, climbing through the ranks and decision-making based on game experiences. These features look to be released early in 2026, but no release date is available yet.
