LSU dominated Duke 93-77 in the ACC/SEC Challenge on Thursday night, with Flau'jae Johnson scoring 18 points to lead the Tigers. LSU (9-0) shot 59.7% from the field and scored 52 points in the paint, relying on their efficient offense to secure the win. MiLaysia Fulwiley added 16 points, helping LSU reach 90 points for the ninth straight game despite ending their NCAA-record streak of scoring 100 or more points.

Duke (3-6), led by Ashlon Jackson's 16 points, struggled to keep pace. The Blue Devils, once preseason ACC favorites and ranked No. 7, have now lost four straights, including three consecutive losses to top five opponents by at least 16 points. LSU overcame a slow start, trailing 14-1 early, but took control with a 31-point second quarter. Despite committing 18 turnovers, the Tigers' offensive pressure overwhelmed Duke, who shot 50% but couldn't match LSU's relentless scoring.

Johnson's leadership drove the team's offense, while Fulwiley's energy off the bench maintained the Tigers' high-scoring momentum. Their combined efforts, along with the team's overall efficiency, secured LSU's commanding victory.

The Tigers' impressive winning streak highlights their dominance in college basketball this season. It showcases their ability to consistently execute their game plan and maintain a high level of play against various opponents. This run not only boosts their confidence but also solidifies their reputation as a formidable force in the NCAA.
