Las Vegas Aces wins second annual Commissioner's Cup

Las Vegas- Aja Wilson had a monster game in a cruising victory over the Chicago Sky, 93-83 crowing themselves Commissioner's Cup Champions.

From start to finish, Wilson was a dominating force with helping her team win the second annual Commissioner's Cup. From taking advantage of the smaller line-up and getting to the rim anytime she felt, Wilson stamped her imprint on this game. She finished with 17 boards and 17 points. Outside of Wilson, the streaky Kelsey Plum found her stroke and was hitting everything. At one point in the game, the Aces had a 33-14 lead and looked to run away with the game. However, Candace Parker and crew was not going to lay still while taking the first punch.

Parker, Kahleah Coppe, and Emma Meesseman made things interesting down the stretch, but Plum's hot shooting, helped the Aces out in the last four minutes of the game to put the game on ice. Plum finished with 24 points and 6 dimes.

With the win, the Aces are now tied with the Sky for the best record in the WNBA and will have a dog fight with the Sun and Sky for home court advantage, as well as earned themselves a 30,000 bonus for winning the cup.
