Gladys Knight and Alessia Cara will perform National Anthem during 2021 NBA All-Star

Atlanta-Seven time Grammy Award winner Gladys Knight and Grammy Award winner Alessia Cara will sing the National Anthem before the 2021 NBA All-Star game.

Despite the criticism that the NBA has received since announcing that they were going to have a NBA All-Star game, there is a lot of buzz surrounding the events. This year, the NBA format will be a little different. The NBA Skills Competitions will start before the game and the halftime show, will feature the slam dunk competition.

Throughout the day, HBCU's will be represented, as well as honored through music and storytelling. Since there has been a rise in COVID-19 cases, fans will not be permitted to attend the event.
