Falcons scrap out a win against the Bucs
In spite of three turnovers the second-year quarterback lost in Bucs territory and numerous costly defensive penalties, the Falcons rallied for a 16-13 victory that ended an eight-game road losing streak and lifted them to the top of the division.
Ridder's fumbles were all costly, including one that wiped out a 12-yard touchdown run with less than four minutes left. A review determined Ridder fumbled before breaking the plane of the goal line, so officials reversed the call to a touchback.

Cornerback Dee Alford was called for pass interference at the Atlanta 8. In the final minute of the game, with less than a minute remaining, the Buccaneers had an opportunity to take the lead, but settling for a game-tying field goal.
In the final 45 seconds, Ridder returned to the field and moved the Falcons 45 yards to give Koo a shot at the win, and Koo delivered a 51-yard field goal to seal the victory.
The Falcons played most of the game without rookie running back Bijan Robinson. He played sparingly and had just one carry for 3 yards. Robinson who is the team's leading rusher wasn't feeling well said Coach Smith.
