After winning the game against Washington last week and securing the NFC East division, Philadelphia was playing their starters against the Bills for seeding. This game was huge for both the Bills and Eagles because one was playing for a second seed and the other were trying to capture their division.

Philadelphia struck first blood after Josh Allen fumbled the ball and recovered the ball, heading into the second quarter. A few plays later, Jalen Hurts and Dallas Goedert hooked up for a one-yard touchdown. AJ Brown and Hurts was very aligned as they combined for 60-yards. It seemed like the Eagles would steamroll the Bills, because they were carving up Buffalo in the passing department.

However, the Bills made adjustments in the second half and put a lot of pressure on Hurts to the point that he did not complete a pass until late in the fourth quarter. The game was pretty much a defensive hard-hitting game. The Eagles' defense stepped up big and completely shutout Buffalo from scoring until five minutes left in regulation. Josh Allen called his number and scored a much-needed touchdown to make this tight. On the ensuing PAT from the Bills, Jalen Carter blocked the kick to make it a seven-point game.

Clinging onto a touchdown lead, the Eagles needed a stop to get the ball back and burn out the clock to secure a victory. On a fourth and long, the Bills had got fancy on a hook and ladder to shock the Eagles and get a first down. Philadelphia had one more shot on a fourth and goal to stop Buffalo from tying up the game, but they could not stop Allen from getting in with a QB Sneak. The Bills went for it on a 2-point conversion and failed on the attempt.

Hurts went 13 out of 27 for 110 yards and 1 td
