CMA announces return of Women’s Leadership Academy

The Country Music Association announced the return of the Women’s Leadership Academy.  The professional development program launched in 2022, and features a group of interactive coaching experiences for high-performing, high-potential women leaders within the Country music community.  March 31st will be the date that applications for the Academy will be available.  Known as the WLA, the program is designed to prepare women with essential leadership skills, and continues to promote a culture of mutual support among women.  Participants will establish a set goal of individual goals during their journey within the program and allow connections with one another for group sessions.  Expert executive coach Lisa Gamble of Gamble Coaching & Consulting LLC, and Nicole Provonchee of Bright Blue Consulting will be the program leaders aiming to strengthen skill sets and critical topics like branding, and career mobility.
