Celtics push back in the series and gets a 117-106 victory over the Miami Heat

Orlando- The Boston Celtics get a victory over the Miami heat to get their first win in the series.

In the first half, Jaylen Brown and Kemba Walker had a decent half, as both players started off better than their last game. Walker was making the right reads when passing the ball and did not turn the ball over much. Brown played with intensity, as he was a key factor with starting a 12- 4 run early in the second quarter, as Miami attempted to get back into the game. However, Boston fell asleep on the defensive end, as Tyler Herro got hot and was baking the Celtics. Herro hit three consecutive three pointers midway in the second quarter to spring the Heat back into the game. With under two minutes left in the half, the Brown and Jayson Tatum show started. Both players combined for 10 points in under a minute, as they had a couple of steals that led to fastbreak points. Boston had a 62-50 cushion at the end of the break.

In the second half, Walker was creating shots for his teammates, as he was driving in the lane. Brown and Tatum was not taking long shots and was aggressive with hitting their mid-range shots. The Celtics stiffened their defense against the Heat and contested shots, but the Heat would not go away without a fight. The Heat cut the Celtics' lead to 10, but Tatum and the Celtics scored seven straight points in .45 seconds to extend their lead back to 17 at the end of the quarter. Late in the fourth things got interesting, as the Heat cut the lead to eight points, but the Celtics did just enough to hang on to pull out the victory.

Tatum finished the game with with 25 points, 8 assists, and 14 rebounds
