The Las Vegas Aes sweeps the Phoenix Mercury in dominant fashion.

From start to majority of the third quarter the Las Vegas Aes controlled the pace of the game. Aja Wilson, Chelsea Gray, and Jewell Loyd were the engine that came to play in this lose out game. Wilson got hot early on, Gray hit some Top 10 ESPN dishes and JL hit three-point shots that extended the Aces' lead to 20. Right before half, AT and JL had a collision. AT went to the locker room and after she left, the game, the energy from the Mercury vanished a bit.

The second half for the Aes was a bit sloppy. In the first half, the Aes did not commit a turnover, but in the third quarter, they have three turnovers, which helped the Mercury get a little hop in their step. Kahleah Copper went back to her days with the Chiago Sky and took over the third quarter. From hitting shots and clamping up her defender, she tried to will her team back in the game. The Aces' lead was cut down to nine, heading into the fourth.

Las Vegas had no answer for KC and with her scoring at will, the Aces tried to put a box and one on her. That did not work because the Mercury still find ways to score. After getting their lead cut to six, the Aces vets stepped up to the plate and went on a 6-0 run to go back up double digits. Las Vegas put the game away with free throws and went on to secure their third championship Wilson finished with 31 points
