The international sports car racing season will roar to life at the World Center of Racing with two consecutive weekends of on-track action. The ROAR Before the Rolex 24 is scheduled for Jan. 22-24, followed by the 65th running of the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA on Jan. 30-31.

“The ROAR Before the Rolex 24 and Rolex 24 are can’t-miss race weekends that kick-start another year of action-packed racing around the World Center of Racing,” said Frank Kelleher, president of Daytona International Speedway. “Fans from around the globe make the trip to Daytona Beach for these incredible events, showcasing some of North America’s best sports car racing.”

The ROAR Before the Rolex 24 gives fans an early look at the teams, drivers and cutting-edge race cars preparing for the season-opening round of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Throughout the weekend, teams will practice and test their newest machines as drivers push the cars to their limits ahead of the twice-around-the-clock endurance classic.

The 2026 Rolex 24 concluded with a familiar face in Victory Lane following a grueling 24 hours of competition. Felipe Nasr helped lead Porsche Penske Motorsport to its third consecutive Rolex 24 victory. The result also gave Nasr his third straight Rolex 24 At DAYTONA win, tying the event’s all-time record for consecutive victories.

The historic achievement capped the highest-attended Rolex 24 in the event’s history, with motorsports fans traveling from around the world to experience the action at Daytona International Speedway.

The 2027 edition will mark the 65th running of the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA, widely regarded as North America’s most prestigious sports car race. Fans can see the drivers and teams prepare during the ROAR Before the Rolex 24 before returning one week later for a full day and night of competition on Daytona’s iconic road course.
