The Nets who are rebuilding their identity and program from the ground up has yet won a game this season. With the T-Wolves coming into town without Anthony Edwards playing, it looked like they could have pulled an upset a get their first win of the season. Cam Thomas has been the heartbeat for this team, and it showed as he put up 25 points on Minnesota. Nic Claxton contributed 19, but Brooklyn's bench could not stop the T-Wolves second unit.
The fourth quarter was a grind it out quarter as the Nets attempted to get themselves back in the game, but the three point shooting of the T-Wolves iced the game. After the game, Brooklyn's body language looked defeated, and their head coach explained that the team is young and trying to gel. It is way too early to make any assumption, but something has to happen order for the Nets to move in the right direction.
