Netflix and WWE have announced a major expansion of their long-term partnership, marking a significant shift in how wrestling fans in the United States will access WWE’s most iconic content. Beginning immediately, Netflix is now the exclusive U.S. home of WWE’s extensive library, further solidifying the streaming giant’s growing presence in live sports and sports entertainment.
Under the expanded agreement, Netflix will host WWE’s library of Premium Live Events that aired prior to September 2025. This includes some of the most celebrated and influential events in sports entertainment history, such as WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and Royal Rumble. In addition to marquee events, the library features award-winning documentaries and a wide range of original WWE programming.
The announcement builds on the momentum of WWE’s January 2025 debut on Netflix, which brought Monday Night Raw to the platform as a weekly live offering. Since its launch, Raw has become a consistent performer in Netflix’s global English Top 10 rankings, underscoring the strong demand for WWE content among streaming audiences. Fans can also stream past episodes of Monday Night Raw, now fully integrated into the WWE library on Netflix.
The timing of the library’s arrival is particularly notable, coming just ahead of the highly anticipated second season of WWE: Unreal. The original behind-the-scenes documentary series, which offers unprecedented access to WWE’s creative process and superstars, is set to premiere its new season on January 20.
For Netflix, the expanded partnership represents another strategic step in diversifying its content offerings with high-profile, fan-driven entertainment. For WWE, the move provides broader reach and accessibility, placing decades of historic moments and storytelling in front of Netflix’s massive subscriber base.
As WWE’s legacy content finds a new home and its original programming continues to grow, the collaboration signals a new era for how professional wrestling is consumed in the streaming age.
