Nah' Shon Bones Hyland goes off for 18 in preseason loss to the Jazz 101-96

Coming into this season, Nah' Shon Hyland wanted to find his identity within the Clippers. We all know what happened last season and if you didn't know, we will give you a brief summary of the situation. Bones was coming off the bench for Denver but was actually getting some burn. He wanted to be that guy and decided to force the Nuggets; hand with saying how unhappy he was and wanted out. Denver sent him on his way to the Clippers. You would think Bones would get some burn with his talents, but the Clippers are stacked, and Bones saw his minutes decrease.

When he did get a chance to play, Bones decided that he was going to force something to happen instead of letting the game come to him. Bones made some not so good decisions, which put him basically in the steam room with certain people in the Clippers' organization. However, on Sunday, Bones truly looked like he did when played with Denver. He played a bit freer and took the shots that was needed when he was in rhythm. He finished the game with 18 points, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds.

It's only preseason, but if Bones can be consistent, he may earn more time in rotation and be that spark that the Clippers need.
