March Madness is around the corner

March Madness is finally making its long-awaited return. After missing last year due to the pandemic, they are back. This year may be a huge curve ball to most fans who do not keep up, because teams have been affected by Covid-19.

Most of the time you see the same top thee teams in the bracket. Well, this year it’s not looking too hot for two of them. Kentucky and Duke university may not make the bracket. After setting back years for both programs, it may time for new faces to shine.

Some teams that may surprised fans have balled out this year. Alabama is a top five seed projection for March Madness this year. Known primarily for their football program, basketball is on the up and coming. With star players Jaden Shackelford, and Javon Quinerly (Transfer from Villanova) they are looking like a competitive team.

This is year is sure to be a great one, basketball is back, and the fans are ready for March Madness. If you do not follow college hoops, here are the Tournament favorites according to odd shark betting. They are giving Gonzaga the edge at +250 trailed by Baylor at +300.

While these may be the favorites, anything can happen during March Madness. This is where miracles come true, and upsets occur more than usual. Time to get ready to make those brackets selections. Selection day is this Sunday March 14, at 6 PM EST.
