Mac Jones shines in victory over Saints

San Francisco- Mac Jones had the game of his life as he completed 26 out of 39 for 279 yards and 3 touchdowns to top the Saints 26-21

After Brock Purdy was ruled out with a toe injury, the 49ers told Mac Jones that he would get the start and boy he did not take it lightly. Jones played very freely and made big plays down the stretch to get the win. Jauan Jennings had a decent game as he caught 5 passes for 89 yards.

The 49ers' defense held the Saints 4 out of 11 on third down possession, which was a key factor with under two minutes left in regulation. Their defense stopped a first down and gotten another gutsy win, despite all of the injuries this team has endured
