Luka Doncic iced the Clippers with a game-winning shot, as time expired in OT, 135-133

Orlando- The Los Angles Clippers were defeated by Luka Donic, as he hit a three-pointer as time expired in overtime to tie the series at two apiece, 135-133.


The Clippers dominated the Mavericks from the start of the game and built a 21 point lead in the first quarter. However, late in the second quarter, the lead diminished, as the Mavericks went on a 15-5 run to cut the lead to single digits before the half. Lou Williams had a superb half, as he had 14 points and shot 5 of 7 from the field. Ivica Zubac decided to show up for the game and dominated the painted area, as he contributed to 13 points in two quarters. The Clippers had 66-58 lead over Dallas at the half.


In the third quarter, the Mavericks went on a 16-0 run and took the lead from the Clippers. On the offensive end, the Clippers went ice cold, as Paul George, Williams, and Reggie Jackson could not find the bottom of the nets. LA went from shooting 50% in the first half to shooting around 41% in the third quarter and was outscored 35-19 by the Mavericks. In the fourth quarter, the Clippers had trouble securing the ball and turned the ball over five times in the period.


With under two minutes left in regulation. Kawhi Leonard hit a huge three to cut the Mavericks' lead to two. Williams was fouled on a three-point attempt with .50 seconds. He hit two out of three free throws to tie the game up. Leonard missed a three-point shot at the end of regulation, as overtime was needed to settle the game.


With .19 seconds and the Clippers down by one, Leonard drove the ball down the lane and passed it to a wide-open Marcus Morris, who nailed the three to put the Clippers up one. However, Luka Doncic sent the Clippers packing, as he hit a three as time expired in overtime to even the series 2-2 and pull out the victory.


Leonard finished the game with 32 points, 4 assists, and 9 rebounds. Williams finished the game with 36 points, 5 assists, and 4 rebounds.


Doncic finished the game with 43 points, 13 assists, and 17 rebounds.
