With the Clippers fighting for a potential seventh or eighth seed in the playoffs, they would need to pick up victories any way that they could. In a 119-108, prime Klaw went to work and put the team on his back. The Klaw set the tone, pretty much in the first half. It was give me the ball and let me have this dance to the bucket, type of night. From splashing the net with his crisp mid-range shooting to hitting a few three pointers, Leonard helped the Clippers build a double-digit lead heading into the fourth quarter.

Chicago went on a 12-6 run and was chipping at the Clippers' lead, but LA hit some clutch three-point daggers to pull out the victory. Outside of the victory, Leonard broke history, tying Bob McAdoo’s franchise record with 44 consecutive 20 + games.
