Eagles release their regular season schedule

The Eagles now know their path for the 2026 NFL season, a demanding schedule that includes five primetime games, a London matchup, a Thanksgiving showdown, and several marquee NFC contests.

 

Philadelphia will once again open the regular season at Lincoln Financial Field, hosting NFC East rival on Sept. 13. It marks the second consecutive season the Eagles begin at home after opening the 2025 campaign with a win over the. The Eagles last faced Washington in Week 1 during the 2019 season, winning 32-27.

 

The Eagles’ schedule includes a strong mix of playoff contenders and national spotlight games as they continue to remain one of the NFL’s premier television draws. Philadelphia has now been scheduled for five primetime games for the fifth straight year and has appeared in the third-most primetime contests in the league since 2000.

 

One of the season’s biggest highlights comes in Week 5 when the Eagles travel overseas to face the at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. It will be just the franchise’s third international regular-season game and their second against Jacksonville in England. Philadelphia defeated the Jaguars 24-18 at Wembley Stadium back in 2018.

 

The Eagles will also make history on Thanksgiving Day when they visit the Cowboys in Arlington on Nov. 26. Philadelphia owns a remarkable 6-1 all-time record on Thanksgiving, the best winning percentage among teams that have played at least seven holiday games.

 

Philadelphia’s primetime schedule begins in Week 3 with a Monday Night Football matchup against the at Soldier Field. Another Monday night showdown follows in Week 8 when the Cowboys visit Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles will also appear on Sunday Night Football against Washington in Week 9 and against the in Week 17, along with a Christmas Eve Thursday Night Football matchup versus the.

 

Philadelphia’s late-season stretch could play a major role in the NFC playoff picture. Following the bye week, the Eagles face the Cowboys,, , , Texans, and 49ers before closing the regular season on the road against the in a game with a date and time still to be determined.

 

The Eagles also continue their strong connection with Monday Night Football. Since 2000, Philadelphia has played in more Monday night games than any other team in the NFL with 44 appearances.
