The Phoenix Suns and their superstar in Devin Booker has agreed to a two-year extension worth $145M. This was a key piece for the Sun to secure after making a groundbreaking trade with the Houston Rockets. Phoenix sent Kevin Durant to Houston for Jalen Green, Dillion Brooks and a couple more players. With their new auditions it seemed like they could be more of a top three seed when the season ends next year.
When healthy, Booker is one of the top scores in the league averaging around 22 per game. It will be very interesting to see how the offense will perform with Green and Booker being the main scores in the backcourt. I know a lot of fans were happy that Booker resigned, which put the rumors of Booker leaving Phoenix to rest!
