Connecticut shines against Fever 89-72

After losing their first game of the season to the New York Liberty, the Sun had the Indiana Fever coming into town. Just like the last two game, Connecticut's bigs went to work DeWanna Bonner came out the gate on a heater. She scored the first eight points for the Sun and set the tone early on. Connecticut's three-point shooting in the first half was green money They were shooting 55% from behind rainbow land. At the end of break, the Sun was rolling with a 55-35 lead.

Going into the second half, the Sun was in full control. They forced Caitlin Clark to be more conservative as she had three fouls. Connecticut continued to pour on the points and eventually blew the Fever out of the water. The big three in Bonner, Jones, and Carrington combined for 50 points.
