Cody Rhodes is crowned 'King" defeating Randy Orton at the Night of Champions

There was a new king crowned at the Night of Champions on Saturday, and his name is Cody Rhodes. In his match against Randy Orton, which was a very grueling match, for majority of the match, Rhodes was the aggressor and hit the viper with his finishing moves, but the Viper was not going away without a fight. In one sequence, it looked like Orton hurt his back. When Rhodes attempted to go for a move, Orton hit Rhodes with an RKO, which got the crowd more excited. You would think that Orton would win as he went in for the pi, but Rhodes kicked out.

After a missed move by Orton, Rhodes hit the Cross Rhodes and went onto win. After it was all said and done, Rhodes said that he was going to do whatever he had to do to win the title during Summerslam. Rhodes would have to see if he would face either John Cena or CM Punk.
