The Tigers are going to have a difficult season next year and it will start very early in the season.

Clemson will open its season by finishing off a home-and-home series with the LSU Tigers. This will be Lane Kiffin's first game with the program, as well as Sam Leavitt, who transferred from Arizona State.

The Clemson Tigers will host North Carolina's Bill Belichick and the Tar Heels to kick off ACC play. North Carolina finished 4-8 in his first season as head coach, so it is important to get off to a strong start. In the West Coast matchup against California on Friday, the Bears face a difficult challenge.

In October, they'll play Miami Hurricanes, who just lost the National Championship to Indiana. Among their opponents is Florida State, which is in the process of rebounding from a difficult year. And Virginia Tech, who just hired James Franklin from Penn State. These matchups will test the team's resilience and depth, especially with new players adjusting to the system. A strong start is crucial to building momentum and maintaining confidence throughout the challenging schedule ahead.

Here's the Clemson 2026 schedule.
