Orlando- The Los Angles Clippers struggle to find their stroke, as the Dallas Mavericks take Game 2 and even the series, 127-114.

The Clippers struggled the majority of the game, as they battled to cut the Mavericks' double-digit lead. Ivica Zubac was not a factor, as he struggled in the post. Shots were not going in for Zubac on the offensive end and defensively Zubac had trouble stopping the Dallas' Bigs. Kristaps Porzingis gave the Clippers problems, as he was shooting from the strike, driving to the lane, and hitting tough shots over Los Angeles. The Mavericks were shooting 50% from behind the arc, while the Clippers struggled shooting the three around 34%.

Paul George had a terrible night, as he could not get anything to drop. George missed a lot of mid-range shots and easy buckets that he usually makes. However, Kawhi Leonard did everything he could possibly do to will his team to victory, but it was not enough. Leonard had nine crucial points in the fourth quarter and cut the Mavericks' lead to nine, but a moving screen by Montrezl Harrell stopped a potential come back with three minutes left in the game. The Mavericks went on to win and tied the series at one apiece.

Zubac finished the game with 3 points and 4 rebounds. Leonard finished the game with 35 points, 2 assists, and 10 rebounds. George finished the game with 14 points, 2 assists, and 10 rebounds (4-17)

Luka Doncic was sensational, as he has become the second player in NBA history to score 70 points in his first two career playoff games. Luka finished the game with 28 points, 7 assists, and 8 rebounds.
