Roger Federer feels like he has more to give and will not retire anytime soon

New York- Tennis superstar Roger Federer is optimistic that he has more to give tennis and he is not retiring anytime soon.

Federer, who was once a feared tennis player have had some knee and leg injuries that kept him out of tournaments in the past two years. Despite the tennis restart this year, Federer has only played in one major and that was the Australian Open. He made it to the Finals, but lost to Novak Djokovic.

Even in defeat, Federer was very confident that he can get back to where he used to be and compete with top tier players. “Nothing has changed. I’m still fighting for my comeback,” Federer said. “I want to be back on the tennis court. I would love to play against all the legends of the game and the best players.”

Federer is now 39 years old and has not won a major since 2018. It will be interesting to see if the time that he has took off to heal his injuries will improve how he moves when he is on the court.
