Mike Greenberg named host for 2021 NFL Draft telecast

New York- ESPN's own Mike Greenberg will be the third ESPN host in three decades to host the NFL Draft.

Greenberg, who is a very dynamic individual in the sports media world will take on the task with hosting Day 1 and Day 2 of the 2021 NFL Draft. He is very excited for the opportunity and had this to say about it.

"The NFL Draft is one of the most enjoyable and important events of the year, as over the course of three days the foundation of practically every team in the sport is reconstructed, while simultaneously the wildest dreams of all these young athletes and their families are coming true. It’s a thrill and an honor to get the chance to be part of it," said Greenberg.

The NFL has not confirmed if they were going to allow fans during the Draft and if so at what capacity. Combine was canceled due to COVID-19 cases rising and so it has been a very unique experience for some of the NFL Draftees to get film on them, as well as to ensure their stock does not go up or down.

The 2021 NFL Draft will start April 29-May 1st.
