In a grind it out game against the Sparks, the Storm pulls out the 71-62 victory

Seattle- The Storm defeats the Los Angeles Sparks 71-62.

In a night where Sue Bird struggled from the field, the Storm's defense had a huge impact with getting stops down the stretch. Breanna Stewart had a six blocks in the second half and sprung a 8-2 run early in the fourth to put Seattle up double digits.

Despite the Storm shooting around 40% they found a way to pick apart the wounded Sparks. Jewell Loyd hit a couple of jumpers late in the game to put the game on ice. Loyd finished with 18 points and 2 assists.
